At Sole Feeling Reflexology our fully trained practitioners are experienced in the art of Traditional Reflexology Massage. 

Its not always easy to describe the experience of a genuine reflexology massage. Clients often describe a sense of lightness, a state of being present, aware and yet in some other space or deep state of relaxation. It is common in the process of relaxing and letting go that many clients experience deep rest and a variety of sensations can manifest in the process of releasing and rebalancing. It is indeed a healing journey.
