Soon HRH Queen Elizabeth II the Prime Minister of Australia and other Commonwealth Heads of States will display on their walls one of Richard Smyth's photographs as an official memento for attending CHOGM here in Perth. The framed picture selected for all delegates was taken at Lucky Bay in Esperance, Western Australia. Richard has been commissioned to provide pictures for all the delegates at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) for their visit this year (2011).
