Famous Fremantle artist Wendy Binks attended the Cow parade auction in Busselton to watch her Cow fetch the highest price.

There were 53 cows up for auction; Wendy's cow was purchased by an Arabian Horse stud owner from Serpentine.

He paid $18,000.00. (See image below).

An incredible price particularly as Robert Juniper's cow came in at $9,000.00 and Ken Done's at $8,000.00.

Most of the proceeds from Wendy's cow are going to cave conservation projects in Margaret River.

Wendy is delighted as she is an avid caver from way back having caved in Vietnam, Java, Honduras and New Zealand.
