Founded and owned by two Mexican women who are both business partners and close friends, this stall has become known for serving Perth’s most authentic Birria Tacos. Their signature dish BIRRIA slow‑cooked Beef using traditional Mexican methods and served with rich, aromatic consomé reflects the true taste of Mexico.
