  • Stonebarn is a family owned truffle producer located in the Western Australian food and wine region of Manjimup, the heart of Australian truffle country.
  • Stonebarn was established in 2004 and is now Australia’s 3rd largest private producer of fresh truffles in Australia exporting 95% of our produce all over the world. 
  • Stonebarn truffles are Black Winter French Perigord truffle (tuber Melanosporum) which is the most expensive black truffle available.
  • We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality, taste and aroma of our truffles often attributed to our rich, sloping and free draining loam soils that create the ideal terroir.
  • The aroma and flavour of truffles have been described as earthy - the floor of the forest, damp earth, roasted dry fruits and chocolate - with a memorable aroma and lingering aftertaste. Nothing beats the exquisite experience of fresh truffle!
  • The harvest of fresh truffle is from June to August. Hunts are held two days a week each week, followed by washing, grading and packing in our HACCP certified facility. They are then airfreighted in the morning after harvest.
  • Currently we export to: USA, UK, France, Germany, Canada, Luxembourg, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan.
  • We supply many famous name luxury restaurants who exclusively use Stonebarn truffles because of their consistent quality. We are the preferred supplier to the Nobu chain of restaurants worldwide.
  • Stonebarn trufflerie is HACCP certified.
  • We are able to, in most cases, have fresh truffle on the table anywhere in the world within 72 hours of harvest.
  • Stonebarn manufactures a range of shelf-life truffle products - including pink truffle salt, truffle salt, truffle oil, truffle mayonnaise, truffle aioli, truffle mustard, truffle sauce, in various sizes. All our products contain real tuber melanosporum from Western Australia and are manufactured in Australia. 
  • We are rated as having the best truffle by leading Australian food critic, Rob Broadfield, “it was easily the best truffle we’d eaten: big aroma; firm, deep black and dense flesh and banging flavour.” 
  • Last year we were awarded gold medal for our truffles at the Australian Food Awards.
